The photos are a bit blurry, but I don't see anything that makes this an S/D. That 'blob' you see in the mintmark is on just about all of them. If you do a die search on 1969S at the following link, you can see that same anomaly there:

 I agree as well.
 The shape is way off.
t should be a straight bar, not curved.

It is not documented anywhere and you would figure after 50+ years IF it existed - (which it does not), it would have been found, especially on mint state coins and documented.

research prior to posting is important.
It shows you are willing to help and takes some of the burden off the people who respond.

And https://ngccoin.com under the Resources area, the VARIETY PLUS would show significant VARIETIES the third party grading company, NGC would attribute.

The difference is that the 1982 was an actual DDR. Nobody said the same thing about it not being a DDR. It is a DDR and even today, remains very very scarce. This coin is not an S/D. No one wants to hear that their discovery is not anything earth shattering, or not even a variety/error. I am sorry, but we are giving you our opinion based on what we are seeing. 300 photos of the same thing will not change that.how long did it take for the 1982 ddr to be found they probably said the same thing about it at firstBob Piazza

I could not have said it better. Good job Bob.
IF they want to send it in to a 3rd party grading service and pay through the nose, to be told the same thing or worse, go ahead.
