In my opinion, I see machine damage, especially on AMERICA. If this wad a doubled die, with that much of an offset, the doubling would have caused the lettering to be quite wide. Here it looks like normal width letters, with no added thickness.Gary Kozera

In my opinion, this looks like damage to me. As I try to zoom in, the photos go blurry, but they look like holes or damage. I don't have the time to go to

And attempt to find an exact match. I have had proof Lincoln cents exhibit the same sort of issue, and it was mechanical (worthless) doubling.
You can wait for other opinions, or you can create a post on the coneca services forum, under the examinations sub-group and see what they say. I highly recommend putting as much info and photos as possible so it's a one post answer. This way, you won't have to wait for a 2nd response.
