CONECA (pronounced: CŌ´NECA) is a national numismatic organization devoted to the education of error and variety coin collectors. CONECA focuses on many error and variety specialties, including doubled dies, Repunched mintmarks, multiple errors, clips, double strikes, off-metals and off-centers—just to name a few. In addition to its website, CONECA publishes an educational journal, The Errorscope, which is printed and mailed to members bimonthly. CONECA offers a lending library, examination, listing and attribution services; it holds annual meetings at major conventions (referred to as Errorama) around the country.

    1963 Denver Jefferson nickle new RPM?

    This is a 1963 Denver minted nickel with a possible RPM that I can't seem to find anywhere!

    Pretty cool looking coin. Where did you get it? Does it cartwheel? How much does it weigh? Are there any Hennings for that year? It looks cleaned to me.

      Hello Yahwillah117, I have to agree with Gary's previous post. This planchet has seen damage after the strike. Notice the mintmark is flat like metal was removed from the top. This is damage sorry to say, not an RPM.
