These pictures are all from the same penny. It has WHAT LOOKS like a RPM, Die crack thru head east-west, finned rim, Die chips in "6" & "B" & "N" in CENT. There also seems to be something wrong with the "1" in 1960 & "T" in CENT.

Greeting`s, the Die crack , chips in Liberty and that date are indications of a LDS "later die state" of condition of the die. To diagnose a possible RPM can not be done with the photo you provided. I suggest you go to the link I provided and with the cent in hand carefully compare to the know listed ones, the die chips and cracks will provide excellent die markers for verification of a match yet remember it must match up perfectly. The Finning is quite common and is caused by excessive striking pressure or a localized increase in striking pressure caused by slight die tilt. The extra pressure causes coin metal to squeeze into the narrow gap between die neck and collar. http://www.varietyvista.com/02b%20LC...D%20(1-60).htm
