CONECA (pronounced: CŌ´NECA) is a national numismatic organization devoted to the education of error and variety coin collectors. CONECA focuses on many error and variety specialties, including doubled dies, Repunched mintmarks, multiple errors, clips, double strikes, off-metals and off-centers—just to name a few. In addition to its website, CONECA publishes an educational journal, The Errorscope, which is printed and mailed to members bimonthly. CONECA offers a lending library, examination, listing and attribution services; it holds annual meetings at major conventions (referred to as Errorama) around the country.

CONECA was formed through a merger of CONE and NECA in early 1983. To learn more about the fascinating HISTORY OF THE ERROR HOBBY and THE HISTORY OF CONECA, we encourage you to visit us our main site Here

20240624_211131.jpg 20240624_211246.jpg I sent this to EXAMINATIONS but I have a question about were to find RPM's, DDR's, DDO's on foreign coins such as this one please? Also how did the letters get dragged?

In my opinion, although I do not do foreign assessments, it looks like basic metal flow towards the rim.

As far as info, most foriegn coins are at
    https://numista.com
    • Select coins
    • Pick the country
    • Once at the country search for the year only of your coin.
    • Click on the actual coin you have.
    • It will show additional info, to include varieties.
I believe there are DDOs, DDRs, and overdates listed. There might be a handful of rpms.... I have not seen any at all.

I think the opportunity for varieties is greater amongst the foeriegn world coins since there are more countries with a tad lower standards than the US Mint.
