1968 penny no mint. DDO or DDR? Wondering if this is an error penny?

No mint mark means this coin was struck at the Philadelphia mint. I don't see any DDO/DDR or error on the coin. A better focus might reveal more.

1968 was the last year before a Lincoln Cent design change. All hubs were pretty well worn which contributed to the design elements being so close to, or touching the rim. This is actually pretty common in 1968.
