We need to let the cent attributions open up before coins can be sent in. I may not be the one who looks at your coin. As far as this being MD, I would say there is a 50 - 50 chance it is. I have seen many of these over the years that required a great deal of examination to properly determine which it was. These can be tricky.

Unlisted 2001 D
Just because this is so similar to quite a number of other verified pennies, I think it may be doubling though probably too minor to list. Note that there is a listing for a similar doubling on the other side of the memorial. The top of left post and the top stairs of bays 1 and 2 and possible bay 3 are all involved.
