2007 P ROOSEVELT DIME ERROR?

I am looking at a 2007P Roosevelt Dime from a 2007 US Mint Unc Set. This was the first year that the Unc sets had "Satin Finish" Coins. The subject coin appears to have several areas (forehead, jaw and neck) without the "Satin Finish" and looks like patches of shiny almost proof-like areas. I have never seen this before and thought it might be some form of Struck-thru. Thoughts or comments?

That may be a coin that was struck through something...most likely a very thin coating of grease. That would prevent the coin from striking up with the texture on the die.
