Either this is a Very strong hub doubling of entire Memorial building which I can see 2 lincolns , one is half of his body bay to his left and 2 FG's or it's a clash?

Sorry...I am not seeing two statues or other hub doubling on the memorial.
Is it possible to get a close-up of the FG? That could determine whether or not we have a class 2 hub doubled die around the periphery of the coin.

Extra FG and RH side of building

Once again, I do not see any hub doubling on this coin. What you see as an extra statue, looks like a stain to me. What you are calling an extra FG does not appear to be extra letters either.
You have to look a bit deeper also, and ask other questions when evaluating coins like this. Why are there only two separate areas that show 'doubling'? Why are there no other devices between the two doubled areas? Why is the supposed statue doubling in one direction, while the 'extra FG' in a totally opposite direction?
This is where knowing the minting process is key. You would understand how doubled die occur, and also how striking errors look. One more thing to consider is circulation damage. A lot of things can happen to a coin from the time it is released from the mint and the time you see it in hand. I am afraid that everything you are seeing is the result of post mint damage.

I was leaning more towards clashed. only reason I asked about being a possible Doubled was bc only 69 D listed for ddr is focused only inside of the memorial building..

the marker I placed for the building reffernces what looks like to me, the very top corner section..also I can see the rest of building lightly showing up on the side. Which matches the extra FG I'm seeing..
I need to provide a clearer picture of that for yall..
