CONECA (pronounced: CŌ´NECA) is a national numismatic organization devoted to the education of error and variety coin collectors. CONECA focuses on many error and variety specialties, including doubled dies, Repunched mintmarks, multiple errors, clips, double strikes, off-metals and off-centers—just to name a few. In addition to its website, CONECA publishes an educational journal, The Errorscope, which is printed and mailed to members bimonthly. CONECA offers a lending library, examination, listing and attribution services; it holds annual meetings at major conventions (referred to as Errorama) around the country.

CONECA was formed through a merger of CONE and NECA in early 1983. To learn more about the fascinating HISTORY OF THE ERROR HOBBY and THE HISTORY OF CONECA, we encourage you to visit us our main site Here

I don't know what the eyelid anomaly is from. It may just be a hit, but it is not in the area prone to doubling on single squeeze hubbings. As far as the bar over the T and other issues in/around the motto, they appear to be plating issues to me.

It very well maybe nothing but if ok could I submit better pics on a new post?
Also I was focusing on the wrong area.
I'm new to finding doubled eyes and did alot of reading today about the variety.
from what I saw on the bar it did not appear to be a platting issue. The unfocused pics above a trash..
I also found small bars under E in we and i believe 1 other letter..

By all means, make your case. Remember that you have the coin in hand, so you can see more than we can. A couple of things to consider:
Doubled eyelids from pre single squeeze era (before 1989) are significantly different from more modern coins where there are no reported similar doubled eyelids.
Also you cant have doubling on only some letters of the motto or parts of a letter. The primary area of doubling on coins from this year are around the center of the coin. As far as the bar over the T of TRUST, it still could be a split in the plating, or even some dirt or corrosion present. Makes you wonder why there could be such a strong bar over the T, but nothing on the letters next to it?
Anyway, take your time and let us know if there is anything else you think is important enough to help us make a determination. If we cant agree on what it may be, then the coin can be submitted to an attributer when the attributions open up for that denomination. Having the coin in hand can make all the difference.

          Will do sir..
currently I'm struggling to keep the reflection bouncing off the coin and directly into the camera.
Cheaper cam and it's rather furstrating bc it drowns out the picture resolution..
once I get some calm time I will collect the shots. Hopefully with a fixed Jerry rigged cam. lol
          thank you for the information..
It helps me alot going forward.
