CONECA focuses on many error and variety specialties, including doubled dies, Repunched mintmarks, multiple errors, clips, double strikes, off-metals and off-centers—just to name a few. In addition to its website, CONECA publishes an educational journal, The Errorscope, which is printed and mailed to members bimonthly. CONECA offers a lending library, examination, listing and attribution services; it holds annual meetings at major conventions (referred to as Errorama) around the country.

This does not appear to be a doubled earlobe variety. Sorry.

      Ok,
I upload a few more pictures so I will be able to understand what's going on next time.
i placed a arrow in pictures for area in Question.

The anomaly mimics the main ear while rotating the coin. The area does have mass in closer more focused pictures.
what could create something like this?

You have to analyze things a little deeper when you have questions like this. That's why it is imperative to know and understand the hubbing and striking procedures at the mint.
If this had been an extra ear lobe, then there would also be adjacent doubling in the hair and beard surrounding it. The shape is similar, but not exact, and that is very important. The spread is significant, so there would be something else. You also need to look at the surrounding area, and since this is a circulated coin, then we see hits and other wear. My opinion is that it is just the regular hair detail that combined with the circulation wear, gives the impression of being another ear lobe.

          Ok,
That actually made a bunch of sense..
Seeing youtube vids of popular coins variety tend to mis guide new to hobby folks like myself.
Only because it's focused on the main attraction and they over look the surrounding areas.

          Thank you sir!

You made a very good and valid point. Their videos do indeed focus on the actual errors or varieties. It wouldn't be too much to look at or exciting if they had concentrated on the art of examination and diagnosing. This is where sites like this one come in. We can do what they don't or won't. Although, I really need to be fair. There are some you-tubers who do attempt to teach people how to verify their errors and varieties. You just have to search pretty hard to find them.
