  • Unsure of 1953 Lincoln Wheat Penny Error Classification

I originally placed this post in the "General Forum", but after more research I believe this forum is the one I should have posed my questions too.

I would like to know if this classifies as an "Error coin" based on the reverse? What I believe to be an error starts at the top left of the "o" in "of" and appears to extend up to the "i" and "t" of "United". I was also seeking guidance on how/who I should send the coin to for authentication. Any help would be appreciated.

    Thank you.
