  • 1996 P Quarter Is this die crack ?

I found 1996 P Quarter with some die cracks. But one between eagle's beak and right wing doesn't look like die crack to me.
Would someone give some opinions ?

Damage to the die of some sort. Some photos look like a die crack, others make it look like a gouge on the die.

I would agree with a die gouge or maybe a plating issue

Would you tell me what kind of plating issue it could be?
