I am looking at a 1985-P Roosevelt Dime. It is from a US Mint set and is a business strike coin. The coin has collar die issues with the rims on the obverse and reverse. On the obverse the coins rim disappears in the 6-9 quadrant and is very weak in the 12-3 quadrant. On the reverse the coin has a ridge from10-3 and looses definition from 8-10. Not sure what this is called. Thoughts or comments?
