Please give folks a little time to reply to your posts. Some folks only check the forum once a week. Wendell got it right with the vice job on your coin. Since this is damage, it has no value. You can make these at any time (although I don't know why).

Yeah this looks like a vice job. As these get torqued down, unless the culprit plans ahead, these things will slide a bit. Usually one spot on the coin looks abnormal. This surely does not look very well done.
