1967 WASHINGTON QUARTER CAMEO SMS BIZARRE DOUBLING?

I am looking at a superbly toned 1967 Washington Quarter Cameo SMS PCGS 05624628. I was checking some coins for RDV and found this. The reverse of the subject coin is exhibiting what is thought to be bizarre doubling. I have never seen this erratic doubling before. The subject coin appears to be a RDV-003 ('AR' in DOLLAR, no serif in 'N' of UNUM, Leaf position, Pointed leaf?, not listed for SMS) However the coin also displays characteristics for RDV-006 (not enough pics and not listed for SMS). I ruled out RDV-004 because there is no link between 'AR' in DOLLAR. I ruled out RDV-005 unable to determine if there was doubling on the 'Q' of QUARTER. Comments or Thoughts?

That bizarre doubling is definitely MD. It may be why you can't narrow it down much more.
