1963 ROOSEVELT PROOF DIME STRUCK THROUGH FIBER OR STRING?

I am looking at another Roosevelt dime with awesome Cameo contrast I had marked as PR68CAM. I turn it over and there is a struck through that starts on the torch and goes into the field. Oddly the anomaly has the same Cameo contrast as the torch. The last pic shows the start of the anomaly on the torch. Thoughts or comments?

Interesting. Definitely looks like a strike through, but as far as the contrast, I haven't a clue. I have many proof cents with threads struck through. I will have to check them out and see if the cameo affects them like this one.
