    1986-P Jefferson Nickel Error?

Hello! Found this nickel coin roll hunting. It appears the clad layer is missing exposing the underlying copper. Am I correct in this assessment? I weighed it in case it was a case of an incorrect planchet and it was 4.92g so it was within normal accepted variance. Also it’s about the expected weight for a nickel missing it’s clad exterior. If I am wrong what’s going on here? Thanks!

Nickels are not clad. This just looks like environmental discoloration Don.
