CONECA (pronounced: CŌ´NECA) is a national numismatic organization devoted to the education of error and variety coin collectors. CONECA focuses on many error and variety specialties, including doubled dies, Repunched mintmarks, multiple errors, clips, double strikes, off-metals and off-centers—just to name a few. In addition to its website, CONECA publishes an educational journal, The Errorscope, which is printed and mailed to members bimonthly. CONECA offers a lending library, examination, listing and attribution services; it holds annual meetings at major conventions (referred to as Errorama) around the country.

    CONECA forum rules frown on us discussing value of a coin. I suggest going to a major auction house ans looking at post auction sales of the same caliber coin.

      It's already been verified to be a cloth strike through error.

        Very cool coin!

        The protocol is that we don't discuss value here. It most definitely is a struck through, but to find a value, you need to do some research and we recommend you search for completed auctions to see what similar items may have sold for. As you probably know, the buyer and the seller are the ones who determine values. No forum membership.
