I know both Variety Vista and Cooper Coins only have two DDR's listed for a 1983 LMC. And honestly in my opinion I do not see any doubling on your coin. Below link shows what the the DDR on a 1983 LMC should look like.

I only would like to add one point.... I have found out through decades of taking photos of coins that lighting is the number one issue with taking good photos. What you see with coin in hand and what others see may be two different things. I prefer using lower intensity lighting because it shows the subtle things on the coin, and they are not washed out with glare.
Another thing I forced myself to do is set my monitors that I strictly use to photograph coins to the default levels. People may customize their pc screens, tablets or phones to different intensities. So by setting my monitors to default, the lighting I see on the monitor should be about average to the majority of the users.
I use two lights the majority of the time, and those are more than likely never are shining directly on the coin. They are desk style design, free moving so i can adjust lighting as necessary. Two lights for me offers amplification of an area, or when subued, offers the ability to amplifify an area I want to shadow, so it brings out the area in question.
Light in my opinion, is the number one pain to adust in order to get that near perfect photo.
I do not stack photos, taking 10-plus photos to make that perfect picture... in my opinion, that's not the way it is meant to be seen, so I save hours of time avoiding that beautification effort.
Ingenuity, creativity and trying different approaches may provide fantastic results, with hopefully minimal time invested in photographing a coin.Last edited by MintErrors; 10-02-2022, 03:38 AM.Gary Kozera
