It is awful close to the rim. That would mean the clash from the other working die would have to have some part of the design right up on the edge as well.To me, that is probably not a clash...
In my opinion, it looks more like die chips, die gouges (a dent, sunk in die...raised on coin) or a remote possibility of mini fragments that were deposited on the die next to the edge. It looks pretty minor in humble opinion.Gary Kozera

I like die events. This die dent is nice to see on a modern issue. I doubt if there is any way to tell how it happened though.
There have been some nice die failures in the last couple of years that certainly create additional value. IMHO this isn't extreme enough.
A couple of recent examples that come to mind are the 2021 (obverse with bi-level craks) and the Wilma Mankiller quarter with bi-level die cracks on it affecting both sides.

In my opinion, it is your coin and your call whether you want to keep it.
I don't like influencing decisions, when it comes to that.
All I am willing to say is, even if you hold onto that coin for a long time, and it was in near perfect condition, the coin might be worth a little more.
Research the coin itself to see how many were minted and see if you want to keep it.
Is the extra drama on the coin enough to swing your decision either way?
