  • 1994D - Double Strike Date?

This is my last one for the day... I found this one in my hubby's change, just recently. I have not seen anything like it, and cannot find anything like it anywhere - It appears that the B and E in LIBERTY are double struck with either another L and I or B and E? Trying to figure this out and how it happened during the minting process or is it some type of PM damage? Thank you for your help, it really is appreciated.

Definitely post mint damage. The coin took a hit in that area.
