I believe I'm seeing a drop t on the obverse of this 1984 Lincoln penny lower jacket.

I see what you are talking about. However, this coin has many plating issues. Have yo attempted to push in on the anomaly to see if it isn't a plating blister?

Yes sir. Applied pressure with both my nail and a wooden pick. The reverse also shows some type of impression
