I was going through some coins I have and noticed a long die crack on the reverse.

Yes it is a die crack. In my opinion, if it were more dramatic, and easier to see with less magnification, it may have been worth a premium. These were pretty common, in the 1940 thru early 70s. Th mint had issues with the war nickels. A lot of lamination issues and die cracks.
