interesting lines in the field. i really have nothing substantive to offer but will say i would lean towards the die(s) having struck some foreign hard object prior to this coin, how many i can't say and it made who knows how many coins with these in varying stages.
they don't look like they are related to polishing of the die(s).
i was going to dismiss the neck/beard dots but they do seem to be in-line with the gouges in the field.
neat find.

Interesting. I wonder if these might be a type of zinc blister.
Where whatever might cause the copper to lift/separate from the zinc core was applied in a somewhat uniform manner. One of the raised bumps in the beard seems to have a black dot, indicative of a blister. (Or maybe it's just a stain?).
Really nice images. You captured the anomaly very well.
