In my opinion, from what I can see in the photos, it appears to be damage called, split plating. The coin was struck a bit too hard, and it split the copper plating, exposing the zinc core. There is no additional value for this type of damage.

I don't see split plating at all. Coin is in good shape. Obverse is doubled in 1990 mint mark and in god we trust. The reverse is doubled in certain areas. With these new pictures would you agree this is a doubled died obverse and reverse coin?You do not have permission to view this gallery.
