Your coin has a different color and it looks like it has blisters. The coin may have been exposed to heat. A coin that has been exposed to heat can have some gas trapped in the coin and if the gas and heat are high, it can cause blisters to appear on the coin. If the condition is bad, the blisters on the coin can rupture and it can cause the zinc to show on the top of the coin, giving it a very dirty look.
These blisters almost look like die chips, but they are less defined and more rounded on the edges.
Please provide another photo so we can confirm. A good photo is one that shows all detail and in focus.
I try to make you photo better but it did not work. =\

All that around the coin is dirt and grime from circulation. I'm not sure where you're getting these made up terms in your posts but you're going to have to do some research. Not just post every coin you find and ask if its an error coin. Its damage, no matter what caused it, its not an errorLast edited by Kloccwork419; 04-02-2022, 11:56 AM.

This 1982 Lincoln Cent is not very special. It is called a "large date" coin since the top circle of the *8" is much bigger that the small date.
The coin suffers from damage, and the different color is what Kloc says - its a stain or color that lays on the coin. If the coin has bubbles are they are damaged, then these Lincoln zinc coins (1982 to now) are real bad to show the zinc mess that shows on the coin. It is not an error, but simple said - it is damage. It more than likely had much heat on the coin and it went bad.
