To me, I see only a heavily worn dime. It may have die deterioration, which means the die that strikes thar coin is almost at end of life. They would replace with newer, sharp die. Once coin goes into circulation, these coins are subject to all kinds of abuse. This one simply looks old and beat up.

I agree with Gary's assessment. However, in the future, it would be beneficial to let us know what kind of anomaly you are seeing. It would help with our own assessments.
