Yes, this anoth coin which is simply old and like Bob say has zinc plating issues. Some times the working die which strikes the planchet into a coin will hit it too hard and break the thin copper layer. Then, over time some of the zinc core can leak out.

The color here almost looks Grey, like this coin may have been found in an ashtray.

This coin is nothing special, in my opinion.
