Hello.

The photos are not focused to see the coin good.

The hand must not shake when taking photos.
Some have suggested to use box or pile of books.
Pile books to height needed.
Focus camera and then lightly tap button to take photo.

The coin goes on table.... camera on books

This is how I take pictures of coins, my hands shake all the time. If your taking a picture of a dime or cent try to use something smaller in diameter than the coin underneath it, It really does help force the camera to focus on the coin. You might have to experiment with how many books to use. For me the optimal height is about 3-1/4" above the coin.

The coin appears to have some metal movement towards the rim. I can see it on several letters.

In my opinion, this is nothing significant.

It reminds me of the Morgan dollar with concave reverse. I am not aware of anyone who collects die states like this on dimes however. Might be worth holding onto it as a novelty.
