Hi guys. I get this Lincoln memorial cent 1994 D mintmark is't doubled die ?

The 'doubling' you are seeing is all the result of plating issues. The strike actually pushed the plating around the devices, leaving the anomalies as you see it.

So as Bob said, it is worthless doubling. The plating was weak and the die broke through the top layer. It is a form of damage, not a doubled die.
