CONECA (pronounced: CŌ´NECA) is a national numismatic organization devoted to the education of error and variety coin collectors. CONECA focuses on many error and variety specialties, including doubled dies, Repunched mintmarks, multiple errors, clips, double strikes, off-metals and off-centers—just to name a few. In addition to its website, CONECA publishes an educational journal, The Errorscope, which is printed and mailed to members bimonthly. CONECA offers a lending library, examination, listing and attribution services; it holds annual meetings at major conventions (referred to as Errorama) around the country.

    New to forum, Hello!

    Not a member yet just registered for forum. Finally got some free time in 45 yrs, so been digging through piles of my old pocket change and some old stuff I had put away. Couple interesting coins that I forgot I put away and in the stuff ive looked through. Thats what led me here and after actually realizing the coinage I have, I may just consider myself a collector. Really glad to be here and find this site. Look forward to adding to and getting info and help needed in this journey.

    Welcome to the forum IDK80,
    The tricky part is photograph's if you have that mastered and can size them to work hear then your strides ahead. Post some photo's and ask away.
    Don't worry if posts are not answered quickly. We all work, have other duties as assigned. Hopefully we can answer your questions
