CONECA (pronounced: CŌ´NECA) is a national numismatic organization devoted to the education of error and variety coin collectors. CONECA focuses on many error and variety specialties, including doubled dies, Repunched mintmarks, multiple errors, clips, double strikes, off-metals and off-centers—just to name a few. In addition to its website, CONECA publishes an educational journal, The Errorscope, which is printed and mailed to members bimonthly. CONECA offers a lending library, examination, listing and attribution services; it holds annual meetings at major conventions (referred to as Errorama) around the country.

CONECA was formed through a merger of CONE and NECA in early 1983. To learn more about the fascinating HISTORY OF THE ERROR HOBBY and THE HISTORY OF CONECA, we encourage you to visit us our main site Here

Hello everyone. My real name is Rick, and I am an older collector, and new member. Who recently opened some old coin stashes, and found some very interesting coins?
I was extremely excited to find this club and honestly speaking I’m hoping to share some coins and learn from the extensive knowledge this community shares. I only wish I had found this club years ago. As I mentioned I believe I found some new California 2005 state quarters error and a variety. Which I will be posting, soon in the appropriate forum.
I look forward to sharing and learning from all of you. I will greatly appreciate all the help and opinions this community has to offer.
I thank you all in advanced for all the new education tips, or tricks I will be getting out of this membership.
    Thank you again.
