Hello everyone! I am Clifford a new paid member and it's great to be here. Thank you very much for accepting my membership. I have been collecting coins for 14 years. I mostly collect Washington quarters, Roosevelt dimes, Jefferson nickels, and Lincoln cents with my favorite that I am most enthusiastic about being Jefferson nickels. I've found many documented die varieties over the years however I've also found many coins that appear to me to be doubled dies that I am not able to locate as documented die varieties. I believe that I have been able to rule out die deterioration and mechanical doubling so I am excited to begin posting them to find out if they are new varieties.

CONECA (pronounced: CŌ´NECA) is a national numismatic organization devoted to the education of error and variety coin collectors. CONECA focuses on many error and variety specialties, including doubled dies, Repunched mintmarks, multiple errors, clips, double strikes, off-metals and off-centers—just to name a few. In addition to its website, CONECA publishes an educational journal, The Errorscope, which is printed and mailed to members bimonthly. CONECA offers a lending library, examination, listing and attribution services; it holds annual meetings at major conventions (referred to as Errorama) around the country.
