CONECA (pronounced: CŌ´NECA) is a national numismatic organization devoted to the education of error and variety coin collectors. CONECA focuses on many error and variety specialties, including doubled dies, Repunched mintmarks, multiple errors, clips, double strikes, off-metals and off-centers—just to name a few. In addition to its website, CONECA publishes an educational journal, The Errorscope, which is printed and mailed to members bimonthly. CONECA offers a lending library, examination, listing and attribution services; it holds annual meetings at major conventions (referred to as Errorama) around the country.

    Hello Everyone,
    I am new to this and hope to learn a lot about coins from the community. I just start coin collecting hobby after been out of work for awhile due to my disability, and I hope this should help ease my pain and stress while making some investing on the side.

      As an disabled First Responder from the USFS for Wildand Firefighting in the 80's (and beyond) . My Stage 4 COPD limits me to this...... A great deal is to be learned from this site because these are the "experts" in their field. This may be your First Rodeo but Believe in THEIR words, learn and fire back when you can!!
