CONECA (pronounced: CŌ´NECA) is a national numismatic organization devoted to the education of error and variety coin collectors. CONECA focuses on many error and variety specialties, including doubled dies, Repunched mintmarks, multiple errors, clips, double strikes, off-metals and off-centers—just to name a few. In addition to its website, CONECA publishes an educational journal, The Errorscope, which is printed and mailed to members bimonthly. CONECA offers a lending library, examination, listing and attribution services; it holds annual meetings at major conventions (referred to as Errorama) around the country.

CONECA was formed through a merger of CONE and NECA in early 1983. To learn more about the fascinating HISTORY OF THE ERROR HOBBY and THE HISTORY OF CONECA, we encourage you to visit us our main site Here

  • Hello CONECA world.

Hello CONECA world. I am a collector that owns an inherited collection of which I am starting to migrate from Mylar Flips to Plastic Shells. In the process I have decided to use technology to photograph and digitally record the collection. However, I have come across a few “I can’t believe this is real,” moments.

This is why I am seeking help from more knowledgeable individuals. For I have a few finds that others need to see, in order to help me properly classify them.
However, the photos and other graphics I provide are to be considered as art. As such I prefer any reference of me or my artwork to be considered the property of Kiosk Mirth.

Kiosk Mirth is a proud member of ANA and CONECA.
