CONECA (pronounced: CŌ´NECA) is a national numismatic organization devoted to the education of error and variety coin collectors. CONECA focuses on many error and variety specialties, including doubled dies, Repunched mintmarks, multiple errors, clips, double strikes, off-metals and off-centers—just to name a few. In addition to its website, CONECA publishes an educational journal, The Errorscope, which is printed and mailed to members bimonthly. CONECA offers a lending library, examination, listing and attribution services; it holds annual meetings at major conventions (referred to as Errorama) around the country.

    New Member Introduction

    Hello to all members.
    My name is Tim Cser Sr., I am not a paying member of CONECA at the time of this post but. am looking to join ASAP. I have only recently gotten seriously into the coin colleting hobby. Although, I have been interested in coin collecting off and on since I was 7 years old (54 as of today). I am looking forward to the guidance of the more knowledgeable members and resident experts. Thank you to the group moderators for allowing me to become a part of the group.
