In my opinion, it might be a small fragment or it could be a die chip.

I agree with Gary (MintErrors) about it being die chips. Your coin seems to be in a very late die state judging by the die flow lines in front of Washingtons' nose/mouth area.

Die chips can be caused by die deterioration as the die ages. Your last image seems to show more die chips on the right side of the ST (TRUST) as well.
