CONECA (pronounced: CŌ´NECA) is a national numismatic organization devoted to the education of error and variety coin collectors. CONECA focuses on many error and variety specialties, including doubled dies, Repunched mintmarks, multiple errors, clips, double strikes, off-metals and off-centers—just to name a few. In addition to its website, CONECA publishes an educational journal, The Errorscope, which is printed and mailed to members bimonthly. CONECA offers a lending library, examination, listing and attribution services; it holds annual meetings at major conventions (referred to as Errorama) around the country.

CONECA was formed through a merger of CONE and NECA in early 1983. To learn more about the fascinating HISTORY OF THE ERROR HOBBY and THE HISTORY OF CONECA, we encourage you to visit us our main site Here

Is it possible to get a little closer and more focused on this area? It could be anything from die gouges to die clashes, but we need better photos to try and figure that out.

You have to make sure the file remains under 2MB each.
Crop the photos down. Most phones have an app to crop the photos, simply reduce the box around the coin to the edge of the rim
If the coin is in a holder of any type, the phone or camera will try to autofocus on the holder and not the coin, it will cause the coin to become unfocused if we try to magnify it closer.

OK. The new photos helped a lot and I was able to identify it. Your coin is a Radical Misaligned Die Clash. It has been catalogued as MDC-1c-1997-02 and can be found at the link below. Congrats on a very nice find!

We do not do that here. We can not discuss pricing as it is very subjective. I would suggest you try to do some research and find out if any Radical Misaligned die clashes have sold on eBay or other auction sites. Other than that, it is strictly buyer/seller agreed pricing.
