1962 25c Business Strike. CUD where mint mark should be? Cover up/Error?

I got this 1962 25c Business Strike out of a P&D mint set. On the reverse it has what looks like a CUD where the mint mark should be, but it is right where the mint mark should be, if it were to have one. This was part of the P set of my 1962 P&D mint set.

That's definitely interesting & a keeper and you found those in mint sets huh. I'll let the others weigh in but the 1962P proof DID NOT have a mintmark but the 'D' DID So if it's a 'P' that's either die abraiding or die damage of some kind and if it's a 'D' maybe grease buildup strike of some kind.
