1963-D RPM
Nice blast white with minimal milk spots. This one has promise in the MM and the 2 bolts below the "D" look to be a possible doubling on the leftsides. There's MD in USoA I believe. You do not have permission to view this gallery.

The title says RPM so I will attempt to address that.
If you see doubling on the bolts, the mintmark and anywhere else, it all may be machine damage.
The US Mint makes the working dies first, without the mint mark ( prior to 1996). The mint mark was added later. So, if there is any type of doubling on the working dies, it is not related to the mint mark. When more working dies are needed to produce more coins, they will add a mint mark (if required) and place them into the minting presses.
There is machine damage in the general vicinity of the mint mark, so I would lean on this not being an RPM. I will go look at Variety Vista to see if they have a match but I t believe I will not be successful.Gary Kozera

Coneca_1963-D_Franklin.jpg Hello Shleppodella1,
Sorry but this is all damage. The White arrows: Notice this is exactly what Gary brought up above.
The Green arrow is part of a broken mintmark punch - a little piece of the top of the punch is missing.
That's all this is.. Sorry.. Eric
