    1982D SD Zinc 1C RPM

    Is this a SD RPM?
You can see a lower split sherif on the "D". Would this be one for examinations?

    Hello Shleppodella1,
Sorry I've missed this post - I did see it but with the site issues I didn't respond. I zoomed and cropped the photo:

    1982-SD_Coneca.jpg

I maybe can see the lower split serif but it's very dark. Can you turn the coin more into the light on the lower serif and give us a better picture of how "split" the serif is. Reason - single split serifs, in my past, have to be strongly seperated to list. I.E. well defined that is what they are, a split serif. I dont see much seperation on the top serif so we need more light. If this turns out to be a split serif, then; if it were my coin, I would send it in. Reason: Coneca only lists 1 RPM for an 1982-D and the RPM is a large date. This is a small date and even though minor it may get listed.
    I hope this helps.
    Eric
