    1935S WRPM-003 S/S West

Found in recent change from store.
This seems to be like WRPM-003 more than 004 on Doubleddie.com and varietyvista.com has no documentation.

It's a S/S West with a CCW twist and at the bottom of the 'S' looks suspiciuos, plus it doesn't appear to be in any better shape than the documented one without any PUP'S. So a hard call still being green in this field.

Die varieties such as doubled dies, Repunched mint marks (RPMs), Over Mint Marks (OMMs), Repunched Dates, Overdates, coin design varieties, as well as regular coins and error coins.

In my opinion, an overlay will have to be done to confirm the mintmark placement.
My first impression is that it does not look like WRPM 003. Wexler 003 has almost two seperate middle curves of the S. I cannot tell from the photo if the mintmark is damaged on the west and south. I will have to revisit this sometime tomorrow.

Looking at your coin, the top of the mint mark is at the very tip of the 9's tail. On Wexlers site, the mint mark for 003 is higher than that. Its more than likely not 003.

Maybe Eric eaxtellcoin will come on by and offer his expert opinion.

Sorry, my oppinion is this coin is not an RPM. It's farther west and farther South than the coin photographed as Wexler 003.
Wexler 003, appears to me; to only have what appears to be a weak West on the upper serif that has been worn down by circulation and die state. I'm sorry the coin photoed above does not look like an RPM to me.
      Thanks for posting
      Eric
