  • 1942-P Jefferson - Not RPM#06 - Is this listable?

I pulled this coin from my set thinking originally it was RPM#06. Once I found one and checked the two I noticed the secondary mintmark was not the same.
This coin looks like a SE with a slightly tilted West. The extra punching's are very close to the primary's mintmark element. Is this one strong enough to list? 1942-P-Tilted-5C_Obv_Marker.jpg 1942-P-Tilted-5C.jpg 1942-P-Tilted-5C(2).jpg

In my opinion Eric, this one is too minor to list.

That's tough, but I think I am with Bob on this one that it is too minor.

The other problem with this one is that it does NOT have a nice split serif. I knew this one was on the border. It would not be easy to photograph.
        Thank you Gentleman!
