CONECA (pronounced: CŌ´NECA) is a national numismatic organization devoted to the education of error and variety coin collectors. CONECA focuses on many error and variety specialties, including doubled dies, Repunched mintmarks, multiple errors, clips, double strikes, off-metals and off-centers—just to name a few. In addition to its website, CONECA publishes an educational journal, The Errorscope, which is printed and mailed to members bimonthly. CONECA offers a lending library, examination, listing and attribution services; it holds annual meetings at major conventions (referred to as Errorama) around the country.

CONECA was formed through a merger of CONE and NECA in early 1983. To learn more about the fascinating HISTORY OF THE ERROR HOBBY and THE HISTORY OF CONECA, we encourage you to visit us our main site Here

I’m hoping this is it. I’m not sure if the picture captures all of what I’m seeing. Any help with the photo I have provided would be appreciated.

I am not seeing the extra part on the bottom front of the mint-mark. Does the coin match the die crack over eye diagnostic?

I could be mistaken sumdunce as I don’t see any remnants of the die crack above Lincoln’s eyelid as shown on VV. Thanks for taking a look.

Morning, The mintmark position, from what I can see of it looks close. Always include a date, mintmark relationship photo when checking an attribution and the photo has to be close up. This RPM in stage "C" is hard to photograph, so I would try to take more photo's from different angles, see if another angle brings up the secondary mintmark better to photograph and see.

Thanks for the advice Eric. I will give that a shot. Photographing is a complicated issue on a budget for sure. I’ve gotten a lot of good tips and lessons so far from you all here and enjoy it tremendously.

The other issue with mintmark/date relationship photo's is the coin should be flat when the photo is taken. Marker's are the only problem with this. Sometimes die scratches do not show up unless the photograph is taken at an angle. If the RPM is there on your coin just turn the coin until the light picks up the secondary mintmark. then take a date/mintmark photo also to show the relationship.
