I’ve searched Variety Vista, Wexler, Variety Plus and others and find no comparisons for attribution of this coin.the date shows doubling and liberty slight doubling and the bottom half of the B is filled. Your opinions are appreciated.

The date suffers from mechanical doubling... lower and shelf or step-like.
The 9 in the date might have some extra metal within it, but nothing major.Gary Kozera

Take into account the years too. Some years have no doubled dies what so ever. Some years have several varieties to include rpms and doubled dies. Keeping tabs via roll hunting is as complex and infomative as you would like it to be. Good luck in the hunt.Gary Kozera
