The two dies you mentioned are nice finds, but as BJ mentioned, you must also see if the other areas of doubling exist in order to attribute that coin correctly. I think you are pointing out the strong NORTH eyelid in your photo??Bob Piazza

It sure looks like you have one of the two doubled dies. The direction of the spread (south vs southwest) is a key to identifying this variety. Look closely at the eyelid and bow tie, as they are a determining factor as to which one you have. Also, there are some distinctive markers on each one, but the condition of your coin may prohibit you from identifying some of them.Bob Piazza
