CONECA (pronounced: CŌ´NECA) is a national numismatic organization devoted to the education of error and variety coin collectors. CONECA focuses on many error and variety specialties, including doubled dies, Repunched mintmarks, multiple errors, clips, double strikes, off-metals and off-centers—just to name a few. In addition to its website, CONECA publishes an educational journal, The Errorscope, which is printed and mailed to members bimonthly. CONECA offers a lending library, examination, listing and attribution services; it holds annual meetings at major conventions (referred to as Errorama) around the country.

    Can this one also be PMD even though there's no rust on obverse or reverse and it doesn't look dipped or painted so is this a rust casualty? Believe it or not the pictures are in focus if you look at the letters like TRUST it's the coin.

    Hello Shleppodella1,
    I'm just not sure. The photo to me looks wierd and I just cannot tell if that was rust but that is what I figure from the photo. Someone has dipped the coin to remove the rust. Then may have cleaned the coin to make it ""LOOK"" Uncirculated. This one is hard from the photo provided, I just cannot tell.
