  • 1970D 2 BAR 5C ???

Now in my travels of recent roll hunting I came across this 1970D BAR or what I believe is one because it looks alot like the listings on variety. I can only find upto 1966. Is there a reason for that?
If I'm learning the BAR(if it is one) would be a 2 because of the one over LIBERTY counting as 1 and then over 1 & 9 in date counting as 1. So 1+1=2 ?
The MM looks to have a mark inside of the upper loop of the D also.

I'm not sure exactly how to do the link thingy that I've seen people do but I was referring to the BAR listings in Variety-Vista.
Is this not a BAR nickel?

The poster is looking at VV. Dr. Wiles has started listing ""Bar"" varieties between the letters and rim. the coin to me looks like circ. The only thing I see that could be a ""Bar"" would be between the RTY of Liberty. You would need to send him an e-mail and ask him to look at your post 1970-D Bar Variety in the """General"" Section of the forum.

        http://varietyvista.com/35%20BAR%20Nickels/index.htm

I will be moving this post to that section.
