CONECA (pronounced: CŌ´NECA) is a national numismatic organization devoted to the education of error and variety coin collectors. CONECA focuses on many error and variety specialties, including doubled dies, Repunched mintmarks, multiple errors, clips, double strikes, off-metals and off-centers—just to name a few. In addition to its website, CONECA publishes an educational journal, The Errorscope, which is printed and mailed to members bimonthly. CONECA offers a lending library, examination, listing and attribution services; it holds annual meetings at major conventions (referred to as Errorama) around the country.

CONECA was formed through a merger of CONE and NECA in early 1983. To learn more about the fascinating HISTORY OF THE ERROR HOBBY and THE HISTORY OF CONECA, we encourage you to visit us our main site Here

Out of the 40 listings I didn't see anyone like this with the signature "figure 8 or infinity sign" on cuds-on-coins.com and I highly doubt that I found a new one so are there other listings that I may have missed elsewhere?

A classic die break. Good looking with a decent amount of drama.
I agree with occnumis2021 , you can contact them and see if they will add it to the list and give you credit for listing it.

So, for me to report "a possible new error of RIDB, DC or SPIKED HEAD" the way to contact the corresponding website of cuds-on-coins.com is :
JCSTEVENS43@GMAIL.COM with subject line including date/MM/type and most importantly the pictures need to be focused and the obv & rev needs to be @ 800X800 pixels with full edges and the error @350X350 pixels. Am I understanding this correctly because I want to do it right the first time plus not look like an idiot you know.

Use the instructions in the link below.
Spike Head Instructions : Cuds on Coins
I'll review it for a listing when I get the required 6 cropped and resized images.
